Terms of sale

The company EROMIR Co (Y-SIDE), a single-member simplified joint-stock company (SASU) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 103 771 101, with its registered office located at 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris – France, sells clothing and accessories remotely through its website www.yside-store.com.

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page. Photographs are not contractually binding.

Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. EROMIR Co (Y-SIDE) reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the order details.

Payment is made online by credit or debit card through a secure payment platform. The order is only confirmed after actual receipt of payment.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty, except for return shipping costs.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision in writing, by email or through the withdrawal form available on the website. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their original tags and packaging. Personalized products or products made according to the customer’s specifications are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

The refund includes the price of the product and the initial standard shipping costs, within 14 days from receipt of the returned products.

In the event of a non-compliant or defective product, the customer has 2 years from receipt to act under the legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with Article L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, and 2 years under the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with Article 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.

Return shipping costs are covered by EROMIR Co (Y-SIDE) in the event of confirmed non-compliance or defect. The customer must contact customer service at contact@yside-store.com with photos of the defect observed.

EROMIR Co (Y-SIDE) offers size exchanges within 14 days of receipt, subject to availability. Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

For any return or exchange request, the customer must contact customer service at contact@yside-store.com. A return address will be provided. Items must be returned in their original condition and properly packaged.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 to 15 business days from receipt of the items.

The customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy and in compliance with the GDPR. The customer has the right to access, rectify, object to, delete and request portability of their data.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge or refer the matter to the competent court.
