How do I know if my order has been placed?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email immediately. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder, then contact us.
I want to cancel or modify my order. How can I do this?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to help. Once the package has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 9 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Some items are missing from my order. What should I do?
Some items may sometimes arrive separately. Please wait 2–3 days, then contact us if everything has not arrived.
The size received is different from the one ordered
There may be a 1–2 cm tolerance. Please check the size guide on the product page. If the item does not fit, you can return it.
Is the color slightly different from what I saw online?
Our products are photographed without filters. Color differences may depend on your screen. If you are not satisfied, a return or exchange is possible.

The delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
Check the status of your order using the tracking number received by email. If you have not received anything 3 days after the expected date, please contact us.
What are the shipping fees?
We offer free shipping on orders over €70.
I’m not satisfied. Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to return unworn and undamaged items. Certain categories, such as jewelry, socks and caps, are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Unfortunately, shipping fees are not refundable in case of return. Please see our refund policy for more details.
